Cable assembly technician

We are looking for an experienced Cable Assembly Technician to join our growing cable assembly business.

We need someone with genuine hands-on experience in cable and harness assembly, including:

• BNC / SMA / N-Type coaxial assemblies

• Ribbon cable Assemblies

• Multi-core cable assemblies

• Complex cable looms & wiring harnesses

• JST / Molex / TE crimps and housings

• Cable preparation, stripping & crimping

• Reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams & Instructions

• Continuity/electrical testing

• Producing neat, reliable and high-quality assemblies

Experience working with more complicated multi-core looms and bespoke harnesses is particularly important for this role.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, highly detail-oriented and takes pride in their workmanship.

Previous experience in cable assembly, electronics manufacturing, wiring harnesses or a similar environment is essential.
