Cable Jointers

We’re looking for experienced Cable Jointers to join an established team delivering cable jointing works across industrial, transmission, generation and distribution projects.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for completing cable jointing works safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while providing technical support and guidance to the wider team.

• Complete onsite and offsite cable jointing works
• Provide technical support, coaching and mentoring to field staff
• Help manage crews, resources and project delivery
• Work closely with clients and key stakeholders
• Identify and manage safety, quality and project risks
• Support continuous improvement and better ways of working
• Take a hands-on approach to complex works when required

What You'll Bring

• Around 3 years experience as a Cable Jointer
• Experience across industrial, transmission, generation or distribution
• Strong electrical technical knowledge and relevant trade certification
• Confident with problem solving, decision making and client relationships
• Experience supervising or providing technical guidance to others
• Relevant registration and recognised trade certification
• Strong focus on safety, quality and getting the job done right
