Cable TV Installer – Sign-On Bonus Available!

Join our growing team as a full-time Cable TV Installer! In this role, you’ll install and service Cable TV, Internet, and Telephone for residential customers. Paid training is provided for qualified candidates—whether you’re experienced or just starting out.

Sign-On Bonus:
A sign-on bonus is available. Details regarding eligibility and payout will be provided during the hiring process.

• Comfortable educating customers about services
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Mechanically inclined
• Courteous and professional communicator
• Works well independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Must be able to work 4/10's

Compensation:

• Training Pay: $18.00/hour
• Average weekly pay after training: $800–$1,200 (piece rate)
• Annual performance bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• 4/10 schedule (four 10-hour days)
• Saturday and Sunday required
• 40 hours per week

Benefits:

• Paid vacation after 1 year of employment
• addtl week of paid vacation after 3 year of employment
