CAD Draftsman

• Prepare product or parts drawings using SolidWorks CAD software
• Provide support to the department in engineering documentation
• Interpret technical drawings to simplify them into a process sequence for manufacturing
• Ensure product or parts design records or drawings are maintained
• Participate in cost reduction, quality improvement, safety awareness, and other activities for continual improvement
• Comply with control measures as defined in the Company Workplace Health and Safety Systems
• Other clerical or administrative work as assigned by the department head

Requirements

• Higher NITEC level education in drafting or GCE “O” level with at least 3 years of working experience in a precision engineering manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAD software like SolidWorks & UG is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and multitask with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work as part of a team
