CAD Draftsman

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare civil drawings, plans, layouts, sections and elevations using AutoCAD.
• Create and modify drawings based on project requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings, sketches and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and proper detailing of drawings.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and project teams for drawing requirements.
• Update drawings based on revisions and site requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Civil CAD Drafting.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D drafting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Structural Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and analyze RCC / steel structures using ETABS software.
• Conduct structural analysis of high-rise buildings, including foundation design and column capacity calculations.
• Prepare detailed drawings for RCC structures, including reinforcement details and concrete mix designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in structural engineering with expertise in RCC / steel structures, high rise building design, and RCC structures.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or master's degree in Other Specialization (M.Tech).
• Proficiency in ETABS software for designing and analyzing RCC / steel structures; knowledge of other relevant software such as STAAD Pro or REVIT is an added advantage.
