CAD Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• CAD experience with strong technical drawing understanding is mandatory
• Design and develop 2D/3D models using CAD software for industrial equipment components
• Conduct quality control checks on designs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Good understanding of engineering fundamentals related to furniture construction and materials
• Assist in interim quality checks to ensure carpenter-built components meet design specifications
• Support inspection of furniture for parameters
• Assist in conducting load testing and dimensional checks under guidance
• Work closely with production and design teams to identify and report quality issues
• Maintain records of inspections and basic quality documentation
• Exposure to lab testing or material testing is an added advantage
