CAD Engineer

【Job details】

・Create 2D and 3D models of Japanese house wooden structures.
・Prepare shop drawings for the construction of steel frames and reinforced concrete buildings.
・Create construction drawings for home renovations as requested by the client.
・Create pre-cut drawings of exterior wall materials using CAD software for residential buildings.

【Qualifications】

・Proficiency in any CAD software.

・Ability to read and analyze architectural drawings.

・Work independently and meet deadlines.

・Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

・A strong work ethic.

・Excellent attention to detail.

・Interest in Japanese architecture.

・Those with no work experience in CAD are also welcome.
