We are looking for an experienced CAD Engineer with strong expertise in CATIA, Altair FEA, and HyperMesh to join our engineering team in Mumbai .

🔧 Key Requirements

✅ CATIA – Mandatory

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on CATIA experience
• Strong experience in 3D CAD modelling, design and engineering applications
• Candidates should have substantial project-based experience using CATIA

✅ Altair FEA – 100% Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with Altair FEA is mandatory
• Candidates must have project-based experience in Altair FEA
• Experience should be clearly demonstrated in the resume
• Candidates must be able to explain:
• FEA projects handled
• Their individual role and responsibilities
• Analysis performed
• Tools/modules used
• Engineering problems addressed and solutions implemented

✅ HyperMesh – 50% Relevant Experience Required

• Strong hands-on experience with HyperMesh
• Experience in pre-processing, meshing and model preparation
• Candidates should have relevant project experience using HyperMesh

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify engineering designs using CATIA
• Perform and support FEA analysis using Altair
• Create and prepare simulation models using HyperMesh
• Perform geometry preparation, meshing and model setup
• Support engineering analysis and design validation activities
• Work on complex engineering projects and provide technical solutions
• Collaborate with design, simulation and engineering teams
• Troubleshoot design and analysis-related issues
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards
• Document project work, analysis results and technical findings

🎯 Ideal Candidate

We are specifically looking for candidates who have all three of the following :

🔹 8+ years of CATIA experience – Mandatory

🔹 Hands-on Altair FEA project experience – 100% Mandatory

🔹 Relevant HyperMesh experience – Minimum 50% required

.

Candidates should be able to clearly explain their Altair FEA projects, technical contribution, tools used and analysis performed during the screening/interview.
