CAD Engineer - Plastic

Job Summary

Grevol is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Design Engineers to join its automotive engineering team. The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of automotive plastic product design and hands-on knowledge of UG NX or CATIA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automotive plastic components using UG NX or CATIA.
• Create and modify 3D models, components, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
• Support automotive interior plastic component design and development activities.
• Ensure designs meet product requirements, manufacturing feasibility, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to support design modifications and product development.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary design changes based on engineering requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of UG NX or CATIA.
• Understanding of automotive interior plastic product design.
• Familiarity with plastic design concepts such as:
• Draft angles
• Ribs and bosses
• Snap fits and locators
• Basic understanding of 3D modelling, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced automotive engineering environment.
