Your Task

This position involves owning and managing the Autodesk application portfolio, including AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, Navisworks, Inventor, and Civil 3D. The role serves as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all Autodesk-related decisions and is responsible for ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of Autodesk applications across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Application Ownership & Governance

• Own the Autodesk application portfolio, including AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, Navisworks, Inventor, and Civil 3D
• Define and maintain application roadmaps, upgrade strategies, and lifecycle plans
• Act as the Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all Autodesk-related decisions

Operations Support

• Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of Autodesk applications
• Oversee L2/L3 support, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Work with infrastructure, VDI, and EUC teams to resolve performance and compatibility issues
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service health metrics

Vendor & License Management

• Manage Autodesk licensing models, including Named User, Network, and Cloud-based licenses
• Ensure license compliance, optimization, and cost control
• Coordinate with Autodesk vendors and partners for renewals, audits, and escalations

Change, Release & Upgrade Management

• Plan and execute version upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
• Assess business impact and risks associated with upgrades
• Coordinate UAT and rollout across user groups
• Ensure minimal business disruption during releases

Security & Compliance

• Ensure applications comply with IT security, data protection, and audit standards
• Manage application access, authentication, and role-based permissions
• Support internal and external audits related to software usage and compliance

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Engineering, Design, IT Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and Finance teams
• Translate business requirements into application solutions
• Provide regular reporting on application health, risks, and improvement plans

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain application documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and runbooks
• Contribute to knowledge base and training material creation

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced Autodesk Application Owner with deep expertise in managing Autodesk application portfolios, strong technical knowledge of design and engineering software, and proven experience in application governance, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Must Have Skills

• Experience with Autodesk application portfolio including AutoCAD, Revit, Fusion 360, Navisworks, Inventor, and Civil 3D
• Experience in defining and maintaining application roadmaps, upgrade strategies, and lifecycle plans
• Experience ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of applications
• Experience with L2/L3 support, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Experience working with infrastructure, VDI, and EUC teams to resolve performance and compatibility issues
• Experience monitoring SLAs, KPIs, and service health metrics
• Experience managing Autodesk licensing models including Named User, Network, and Cloud-based licenses
• Experience ensuring license compliance, optimization, and cost control
