CAD - Mechanical

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical 2D drawings and 3D models of mechanical system, assemblies, and components

• Convert design concepts and sketches into accurate, dimensioned technical drawings

• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and project teams to ensure drawings meet design requirements and standards

• Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design modifications

• Maintain comprehensive drawing files and documentation systems for easy retrieval and version control

• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes and specifications

• Support the preparation of tender documents and construction documentation

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding design and technical requirements

• Utilize Augot CAD, Solidworks, or other platforms to produce precise mechanical and schematics

What we're looking for

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Proficiency in mechanical CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, engineering standards and drawing conventions

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation

• Attention to detail with excellent accuracy in technical drawings

• Experience in construction, infrastructure or mechanical engineering projects

• Proficient in creating 2D and 3D technical drawings

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

• Problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous professional development
