CAD OPERATOR

HML Technologies and Services, Inc. is looking for a CAD Operator / Site Project Architect to join our project team for a construction project located in Brgy. Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating technical drawings, assisting with site architectural requirements, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring that drawings and site documentation are properly maintained and aligned with project requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, revise, and update architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings, detail drawings, and other technical drawings as required.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of drawing sets based on actual site conditions and project revisions.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions and existing conditions for drawing preparation.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineers, Project Manager, and other project personnel regarding drawing requirements and site concerns.
• Assist in monitoring architectural works to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of drawings, revisions, and other technical documents.
• Assist in preparing documentation and reports related to architectural and site activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers regarding drawings, details, and architectural requirements, as necessary.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the Project Manager or Site Architect.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a CAD Certification/CAD related qualification.

• With minimum One (1) year experience in construction, architectural works, or site-based projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of preparing detailed technical drawings.

• Knowledge of architectural plans, construction details, and drawing standards.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Familiarity with as-built drawings and site documentation is an advantage.

• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work on-site in Brgy. Kaysuyo, Alfonso, Cavite.
