CAD Operator

The AutoCAD Operator will support the Engineering and Project Management teams by drafting, updating, and maintaining precise technical drawings, design plans, and project documentation. This role ensures high levels of accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely project deliverables across all phases of development.

Responsibilities:

• Interpreting project briefs and meetings with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
• Producing rough sketches and using AutoCAD software to prepare detailed drawing plans and blueprint.
• Visiting sites to gather information and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
• Updating software drawings and other documents.
• Remaining professional when feedback is delivered and implementing any changes to draft as soon as possible.
• Ensuring drawings are compliant with building code regulation and engineering principles.
• Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects
• Conducting research when required.

Educational Attainment

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (BS Architecture) graduate.
• Relevant background in architectural drafting, CAD operation, 3D modeling, and architectural rendering is highly preferred.

Technical Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.
• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and rendering software, such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or equivalent applications.
• Proven ability to prepare, revise, and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and 3D architectural walk-through generation is a strong advantage.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
