What they need
Education
Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or a related course
A TESDA Technical Drafting NC II certification is an advantage, especially for entry-level applicants.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Ability to produce 2D technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of dimensioning, scaling, layers, line types, and plotting.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, mechanical, electrical, or engineering drawings.
Knowledge of 3D CAD/BIM software such as SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks, or Inventor is an advantage, depending on the job.
Experience
Entry-level: 0–2 years CAD/drafting experience can be acceptable.
Experience with commercial kitchen, refrigeration, stainless-steel fabrication, or cold-room drawings would be particularly useful for a company like Besterm.
