CAD Operator

Work Description / Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise CAD drawings based on project requirements, design revisions, and site conditions.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site installation and completed works.
• Coordinate with the Project In-Charge, Site Engineers, Designers, and other concerned personnel regarding drawing revisions and technical requirements.
• Handle purchasing and sourcing of special items/materials required for projects, including canvassing, supplier coordination, quotation comparison, and follow-up of deliveries.
• Ensure that purchased special items conform to the required specifications, dimensions, design, and project requirements.
• Maintain and organize CAD files, as-built drawings, material specifications, quotations, purchase documents, and other related project records.
• Assist in monitoring the status of special-item procurement and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management in connection with the position and project requirements.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
