CAD OPERATOR / DRAFTSMAN

About The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented CAD Operator/Draftsman to join our team. You'll create and modify technical drawings for MEPF systems, architectural designs, and construction projects while ensuring accuracy and coordination across all documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings
• Create and revise drawings using AutoCAD; coordinate with team on revisions and standards
• Interpret and work with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection), architectural, and structural drawings
• Manage layers, xrefs, and drawing standards for consistency and coordination
• Work on-site when required to support project needs

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD with 1-2 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong AutoCAD skills welcome)
• Hands-on experience with MEPF and CSD (Construction/Combined Services Drawings)
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Revit/BIM
• Familiarity with drawing coordination workflows

Work Environment

On-site/project site work as required.
