JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: CAD Operator
DEPARTMENT: Plumbing/HVAC
Salary: $40-100k (flex $110k) DOE

OVERALL DESCRIPTION: To work on specific Plumbing and HVAC projects through the coordination process, produce core charts/ ASBUILT drawings and work with the Prefab Shop
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES NOT LIMITED TO:

• Produce Plumbing and or HVAC coordination drawings
• attend coordination meetings as needed
• work alongside the client PMs and prefab shop Foreman on specific projects
• produce AS BUILT drawings as needed for specific projects
• Produce sketches/details for the prefab shop
• work with other trades and GCs to make the coordination process run as smooth as possible

QUALIFICATIONS:

• In order to meet the job requirements satisfactorily, The person performing these duties must have the following qualifications:

EDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE INCLUDING CERTIFICATES/LICENSES:

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school; or at least 5yrs related experience and or training : or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• proficient computer skill
• AutoCad
• Revit (would help not required)
• East Coast CAD Software
• Navis Works
• 3D CAD Software
• excel
• Microsoft outlook
• High School Diploma
• at least 5yrs of teaching and training experience
• Journeyman Massachusetts Plumbing license is a plus
• Journeyman Massachusetts Pipefitting License is a plus
