About the position: We are looking for a Packaging Design Engineer (CAD Packaging Engineer) to join our Casablanca team. You will be responsible for the design and optimization of packaging solutions using CAD tools, while ensuring cost control, optimization of logistics flows, and compliance with quality requirements.

Job missions: • Conduct packaging studies and propose optimized solutions using CAD design tools. • Design and improve packaging concepts considering technical, logistical, and economic constraints. • Analyze packaging costs and identify optimization levers. • Reduce packaging waste and optimize transport volumes. • Ensure the compliance of deliverables with quality standards and applicable regulations. • Collaborate with project teams to support product development and industrialization. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to packaging and industrial performance.

Your profile: • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Mechanical Engineering, Design, Packaging, or a related field. • First experience (up to 2 years) in packaging, mechanical design, or an industrial environment. • Good knowledge of packaging design and optimization methods. • Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 tools and knowledge of PLM environments. • Ability to solve technical problems and propose pragmatic solutions. • Analytical, organizational, and rigorous mindset. • Good communication skills in French and English. • Team spirit, autonomy, and results-oriented.
