CAD Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CAD Technician to join our innovative Construction team. PAY IS EXPERIENCE BASED

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 2D As builts, redlines, and construction detail documentation using CAD software such as Carlson Survey/Civil software.
• Computing points and completing cutsheets /deliverables (as needed basis)
• Future Goals: Manage crew schedule, assisting field crews with varius daily issues, 3D machine control models

Requirements

• Proven experience with CAD software, Carlson Software is a plus!
• Familiarity with construction experience and understanding of construction processes.

Pay: $34.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week

Experience:

• party chief field: 2 years (Preferred)
• computing survey layout points: 1 year (Preferred)
• drafting civil siteplan asbuilt drawings : 1 year (Preferred)
• generating cut sheet deliverables: 1 year (Preferred)
