Mechanical CAD Operator/Draftsman Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mechanical CAD Operator to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing detailed mechanical drawings and models using advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. Your expertise will support system design, construction projects, and technical documentation, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards. Familiarity with sheet metal, welding, or metal fabrication preferred.

Mechanical CAD Operator Duties

• Create and modify mechanical drawings using CAD software (IronCAD and SolidWorks)
• Prepare detailed fabrication and assembly drawings from sketches, specifications, or existing designs.
• Maintain drawing files and documentation according to company standards.
• Make revisions to drawings based on feedback or project changes.
• Ensure drawings meet required industry and quality standards.
• Create burn files for ProNest

Pay: From $55,120.00 per year
