Position: CAD/CAM Dental Technician

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design dental restorations using CAD/CAM software, including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, implant restorations, and other fixed prosthetic work.
• Work with 3Shape, Exocad, or other dental CAD software.
• Receive and process digital scans and STL files from dentists and intraoral scanning systems.
• Design restorations according to the dentist's prescription, preparation requirements, occlusion, contacts, and esthetic considerations.
• Prepare digital designs for milling and 3D printing.
• Operate and monitor CAD/CAM milling and/or 3D printing workflows.
• Perform quality checks on digital designs and finished restorations to ensure accuracy and proper fit.
• Coordinate with other dental technicians and the production team to ensure cases are completed within deadlines.
• Review and troubleshoot design or production issues and make necessary corrections.
• Maintain accurate case records and follow laboratory procedures and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technologies, materials, and workflows.
• Ensure all work complies with the laboratory's quality, safety, and infection-control procedures.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
