Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Programmer / CNC Machinist to join our team in West Chester Township, Ohio.
• This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced manufacturing professional with expertise in mold design, CAD/CAM programming, CNC setup, machining, and quality control.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking a project from mold design through CNC programming, machine setup, production, and final quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Design molds using Mastercam CAD/CAM X24 software
• Develop and write CNC programs for machining operations
• Perform mold design and programming activities
• Set up CNC machines and tooling
• Operate CNC machinery to produce precision components and molds
• Make necessary program adjustments and machining modifications
• Monitor machining operations and maintain production quality
• Inspect finished components to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot machining, programming, and setup issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

CNC Equipment

• You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of CNC machines, including:
• 3 HURCO CNC Machines
• 4 FADAL CNC Machines
• 3 Milltronics 3-Axis CNC Machines

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have experience with:

• Mastercam CAD/CAM X24
• CAD/CAM programming
• Mold design
• CNC programming
• CNC machine setup and operation
• CNC machining and troubleshooting
• Precision measurement and quality control
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
