Cadd Operator

QUALIFICATIONS:

►Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
►Licensed Architect or Engineer (preferred but not always required)
►Skilled in using the latest CADD software to create accurate and detailed technical drawings
►Proficient in producing technical illustrations, plans, and diagrams that meet industry standards
►Possesses a foundational understanding of architectural or engineering principles to interpret and translate designs into technical drawings

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Planning/Drafting

►Prepare Mobilization Plan Drawings such as but not limited to Site Layout, Temporary Facilities Layout, and Equipment Layout.
►Prepare Setting Out Drawings and Formworks Layout Drawings.
►Prepare Shop Drawings (ISD/CSD) and monitor its review progress.
►Catalogue of Approved As-Built Drawings for Handover.
►Perform work assigned by the Immediate Supervisor and/or the Project Sales Manager.
►Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

General Works

►Review contract and document details (e.g. Drawing and Specifications).
►Review construction document details such as Drawing and Specifications, Client/Owner/PM instructions and notices, and modifications to contract documents.
►Familiarize with Company IMS Documents (e.g. Quality and Safety Plan)
►Prepare Request for Information (RFI) and Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (CVI)
►Gather data for Project Reporting and Billing (e.g. Key Plan/Elevation with photos)
