Caddy Master

Job Responsibilities :

• Recruiting and interviewing new caddy

• Prepare caddy schedule for support maintenance on golf course and help activities in company

• Inspection caddy's dress while on duty

• Prepare enough caddy for service.

• give caddy advice about document and welfare

• Train caddy to be professional knowledge and competent, as well as knowledge of golf rules and regulations.

• Observing and performance caddy on duty, service and other activities.

• Observes and analyzes the performance of the caddy in the field.

• Control and Audit the use of caddy areas cleanly and regularly.

• Control the behavior of the caddy at the time of entry. And come to the field according to the rules

of the field.

• Organize weekly caddy conferences to educate and educate the company on the Caddy.

• Training new caddy training to be able to practice and provide good service. As well as improving

the knowledge of the old Caddy. And there is the harmony among the caddy.

• Coordinate with Golf course Maintenance about area in golf course that caddy support maintenance

• Report events to the Golf Service Manager. Or Director

• Other duties as assigned by the manager or director
