Cadet Engineer

The Cadet Engineer will assist the Engineering and Operations Team in technical, documentation, maintenance, and project-related activities. This position is designed for Mechanical Engineering graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in engineering operations, equipment maintenance, and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in monitoring mechanical equipment, systems, and daily operations.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, reports, checklists, and technical records.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical equipment and identifying operational concerns.
• Review and organize technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and project documents.
• Assist in gathering technical data and preparing reports for engineering activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and other departments regarding engineering requirements.
• Participate in site inspections, project activities, equipment testing, and commissioning when required.
• Follow company safety procedures, engineering standards, and operational guidelines.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks assigned by the Engineering Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems, equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and undergo training in engineering and operational activities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
