Job Summary

We are seeking a Cadet Engineer (Licensed Mechanical Engineer) based in Mandaluyong City to join our engineering team. This entry-level role offers hands-on operational experience and professional development for ambitious, newly licensed mechanical engineers or candidate engineers with prior experience. You will work closely with senior engineering personnel to support daily operations, equipment maintenance, technical reporting, and project execution while developing your core engineering competencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in technical tasks, site inspections, and project execution.
• Support operations, system troubleshooting, and routine equipment maintenance schedules.
• Prepare and update engineering documents, operational reports, and technical data.
• Participate in specialized training programs to enhance hands-on technical skills and engineering leadership.
• Ensure all engineering tasks and daily site operations adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Location: Mandaluyong City
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Graduate
• Professional Qualification: Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with prior entry-level experience
