- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with office engineers and project engineers regarding site-related concerns
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site
- Resolve technical and operational issues encountered during construction
- Verify materials delivered on-site and ensure proper and efficient usage
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and record workers’ attendance on-site
- Prepare and order materials required at the project site
