Cadet Engineer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Monitor the electrical/electronic and mechanical functional operations, procedures of the production process flow, including set-up parameters, start-up procedures, etc. Keeping the consistency of operation to all machine and equipment. Reports any problem encountered form the machine and equipment to do proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Conducts monitoring, maintenance, trouble-shooting and corrective repair rescue of all production machinery & and equipment and all their support accessories e.g. cooling tower, driller, compressor, etc. based on schedule.
• Conducts any evaluation diagnosis to determine if spare parts or outside machine works service are needed to repair any production machinery and equipment that is down and not operating and requires rescue. Initiates the appropriate Purchase
• Requisition Slip (PRS) as needed.
• Tests all purchased electrical electronics or mechanical spare parts and or evaluate all contracted outside machine works service to repair any production machinery & equipment that is down and not operating and requires rescue.
• Provides technical guidance and supervision to the electromechanics in all maintenance activities of all production machinery and equipment.
• Implements the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan/Schedule as approved by EMD and operations management. Responsible for any maintenance related job from the company.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Professional licensed engineer (preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal skills; can work effectively with people at all levels
• Team player
