- Assist in monitoring daily manufacturing and production operations.
- Observe and evaluate production processes to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting machine, equipment, and production-related problems.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, downtime, and process performance.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure that production processes follow established quality, safety, and operating standards.
- Assist in preparing production and engineering reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and other departments regarding operational concerns.
- Assist in conducting time studies, process studies, and other manufacturing-related analyses.
- Monitor proper use and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in developing and updating work instructions, process documentation, and other technical records.
- Participate in preventive maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
- Support the implementation of company safety rules and manufacturing procedures.
- Perform other engineering and manufacturing-related tasks as assigned.
