Cadet Interior Designer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capable of creating and developing design concept that conforms to the client's/owner's requorements.
• Space planning, furniture layout, selection of furniture and accessories.
• Develop color and mood boards to outline the design vision and material selections.
• Capable of producing 3D massing to study interior architectural alignments. scale and proportion.
• Experience in Interior Design documentation such as working drawings and FF&E specification.
• Shall work closely and collaborate with Sr. Interior Designer and Associate Interior Designers to manage the development of the project.
• Performs a self-audit to establish the accuracy and completeness of their work.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Good communication skills and organizational skills. Ability to adapt and create a strong work relationship with the team and employees in different levels.
• an interior Designer with excellent presentation skills.
• Must have an eye for aesthetic and strong design sensibility. Must be able to apply their technical knowledge and skill to express the design from conceptualization to execution.
• Wide experience in Interior Design, preferably in residential and hospitality projects.
• Must be able to work under pressure and for long hours occasionally.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge in 3D rendering and ArchiCAD is a plus.
• Self-motivated and initiative. Team player.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Candidate should have at least minimum 1 year of working experience in Interior Design.
