CADF Sales

Our sales team will help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Your duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. Your goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards

Maintain a fully stocked store

Ascertain customers needs and wants

Recommend and display items that match customer needs

Welcome and greet customers

Manage point-of-sale processes

Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments

Keep up to date with product information

Accurately describe product features and benefits

Follow the Group policies and procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have experience in retail for more than 1 year

Willingness to work rotational shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Comfortable handling of products such as confectionery, tobacco, and alcoholic beverages.

Basic English communication skills.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of stock management, merchandising, replenishment, and inventory handling.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
