CAD/PLM Engineer

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Solving tickets as first level of support for business users;
• Contributes to release management in testing the functions after new NX and SAP ECTR releases as well;
• Provides trainings in NX and SAP ECTR in English;
• Offers support to the development engineers on problems regarding tasks in NX and SAP ECTR;
• Understands developers' problems and offers solutions to all the parts involved through consultancy activities;
• Maintain and administrate access for PLM tools ( ECTR; SAP; NX; Trufusion; AleasBoard; GlobalNorm);
• Creation of standard materials and standard part families;
• Creation and maintain of BOM;
• Provide Engineering change master support( creation, maintenance/ remove items etc.).

To ensure success in this role, you need the following experience and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Machine Manufacturing, Mechatronics);
• 2-3 years` working experience with Siemens NX or other related CAD tools;
• Knowledge of SAP ECTR would be a plus;
• Familiar with basic support and troubleshooting;
• Very good verbal and written English and German skills;
• Able to deal with high pressure situations and tight deadlines effectively;
• Customer-service and quality oriented;
• Inquisitive and creative in problem troubleshooting;
• Flexible, proactive and a great team-worker;
• Knowledge of Product lifecycle management tools (ECTR, SAP, Enovia 3DExperience, Windchill, Teamcenter);
• Knowledge of Bill of Material and part family;
• Knowledge of Service now/Jira/Confluence or other related ticketing platform it’s a plus;
• Knowledge of TeamViewer is a plus;
• Knowledge of Engineering Change request is a plus.
