Job Summary

DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior CADwork Modeler with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in 3D modeling, technical drawings, and CADwork software, with strong attention to detail and the ability to support project deliverables in accordance with engineering specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify 3D models using CADwork software based on engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings to develop accurate models.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly details, as applicable to project requirements.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Incorporate design revisions and engineering markups into existing models and drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project team members to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Maintain proper drawing files, model revisions, and project documentation.
• Support quality checks and departmental drafting and modeling standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in CAD modeling and technical drafting.
• Practical experience with CADwork software is preferred.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of drafting standards and modeling practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
