CAE工程师（约束系统）

该职位来源于猎聘 Objectives of the Job:

• Under direction of the Group Leader or project responsible, with the support of Vehicle Safety Expert, lead the team to execute & fulfill the work package, responsible for occupant protection simulation complete vehicle level and sled test level.
• Assure deliverable timing and quality to meet customer satisfactory.
• Work planning agreed with safety team, project responsible and customer. Track the status and make correction if necessary.
• Bring forward countermeasures to improve occupant protection.
• New Engineer tutorial. Training team members or tutor the new employees. Main Duties:
• Understand vehicle and component level target from Integration team; Support Integration team to achieve safety target through CAE activities.
• Assure deliverable quality and timing.
• Handle and organize the job with small team. Assure that assigned work package use defined work directives and guidelines.
• Definition of the CAE timing plan and agreed with Integration team and customers.
• Support group leader to create, organize and update company group specialty work directives and guidelines. Assure that resources assigned for the defined work package use defined work directives and guidelines. Provide information to the group Leader on.
• Support in the preparation of RFQ for safety integration work.
• Support group leader to teach new teammates.
• Support Department/Group leader on department development. Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, automobile engineering or related major.
• Work Experiences: ≥ 4.5 years of Restraint system simulation/test. The integration experience will be preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge in component level modelling such as airbag and seatbelt, proficient in occupant protection CAE correlation and optimization. Familiar with overall safety development process. Master sled test and complete vehicle crash test. Knowledge in interior safety parts component level test such as steering column, seat, airbag and seatbelt etc. Knowledge in NCAPs and C-IASI protocol and biomechanics.
• Management/Business Skill: Good planning and organizational skills. Good communication and coordination skill.
• Personality: Honest, self-motivated, independent, performance driven, innovative, work under pressure.
• Language: Fluent in English
• Software: Professional at Pre/Post Safety CAE software such as Ls-Dyna/Pamcrash, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer. Able to use CATIA to review and check CAD.
• Willing to travel or work (short period) at customer side.
