CAE Analyst Crash Simulation (ANSA - LS-DYNA / PAM-CRASH / LS-Prepost / Meta Post )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a CAE Analyst with strong hands-on experience in crash simulations using LS-DYNA/Pam Crash . The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various vehicle crash test scenarios including regulatory, NCAP, and OEM-specific load cases. The analyst will be responsible for model setup, execution, result analysis, and reporting for frontal, side, rear, pedestrian, and seat integrity crash tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, run, and validate crash simulations using LS-DYNA/PAM Crash.
• Apply appropriate material models, contacts, boundary conditions, and loadings for each crash event.
• Interpret and analyze crash test results (intrusion, acceleration, deformation, injury criteria, etc.).
• Deliver technical insights and recommendations to design and safety teams.
• Ensure model compliance with OEM guidelines, NCAP protocols, and global crash regulations.
• Participate in debugging, result correlation, and model improvement activities.
