CAE Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary: We're looking for a CAE Engineer with at least 5 years of experience to join our simulation team. You'll run simulations using Abaqus and HyperMesh or ANSA, focusing on static and fatigue analysis for the components in complete vehicles. NVH experience is a plus. You should have a Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and a solid grasp of mechanics. What You'll Do: Build and run FEA models for components in complete vehicles (chassis, axles, cab, etc.), including welds, adhesives, fasteners, and bushings and so on. Perform static (stiffness, strength, bolted joints calculation, etc.), modal and fatigue analysis (durability loads, random vibration analysis, welds fatigue, etc.) using Abaqus, preprocessing and postprocessing with HyperMesh or ANSA, FEMFAT. Correlate simulation results with physical test data to improve model accuracy Partner with MBD (Multi-Body Dynamics) group to extract durability loads for component/ system level analysis. Conduct root cause analysis of test or field failures Write reports and give presentations in English Work with cross-function for technical meetings and supports. What You Need: Master’s degree in mechanical, Automotive, or related field 5+ years of hands-on CAE experience in automotive Solid foundation in mechanics, and strong skills in static and fatigue analysis as listed above Proficiency in Abaqus and HyperMesh or ANSA Experience correlating CAE with physical tests Fluent in English (written and spoken) NVH simulation experience is a plus
