CAE Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSA, LS-Dyna, and PamCrash to simulate vehicle crashes and impact loads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop safety features for automotive components.
• Analyze simulation results to identify areas of improvement in product design and optimize component performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of FEA models, simulations, and results.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in CAE engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one crash simulation software such as ANSA, LS-Dyna, or PamCrash.
• Strong understanding of finite element methodology and its application to structural mechanics problems.
• Experience working on projects involving complex systems modeling and simulation.
