CAE Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) for structural, durability, fatigue, and NVH simulations.
• Create and validate FE models using HyperMesh, ANSYS, Abaqus, or OptiStruct.
• Analyze simulation results and provide design improvement recommendations.
• Work closely with design, testing, and product development teams.
• Support model correlation and validation with physical test data.
• Prepare technical reports and present analysis findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience in CAE/FEA analysis.
• Hands-on experience with HyperMesh, OptiStruct, ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, or LS-DYNA.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue, durability, and NVH concepts.
• Experience in meshing, model setup, solver execution, and result interpretation.
• Knowledge of automotive, aerospace, or industrial product development.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
