What they need
- Tire Domain knowledge experience with Good coordination and communication Skill
- FEA: Hypermesh & Abaqus Software, Experience of ABAQUS CAE is advantage.
- FE Meshing - Tet & Hex meshing.
- FE Modelling: Material modelling, Connection modelling, Interface modelling, Contact modelling etc.
- FEA simulations in Abaqus: Linear & Non-Linear analysis, Vibration analysis etc.
- FEA post-processing of results and Report preperation.
- Advantage of having Tire simulations skill: Rim mounting, Inflation pressure, Load deflection – footprint evaluation, Braking and traction analysis, explicit rolling analysis, Wear analysis, Noise & Vibration - Acoustic analysis.
- Advantage of having Scripting skill: Python & Matlab scripting for FE model changes, run parameter changes, material modelling & post-processing of results.
- Should have excellent understanding in the field of Structural Mechanics, Material Science and Finite Element Methods
