Role Description

Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• Perform system-level FEA modelling and simulation for 2W (ICE /EV) Body works Chassis components.
• Support simulation studies for Body works Chassis systems to perform Modal, FRF, Random response, Strength, Random Fatigue simulations based on project requirements.
• Analyze simulation results, identify key performance drivers and provide engineering recommendations to support design decisions.
• Correlate simulation results with test/experimental data and support improvement of model accuracy.
• Support benchmarking, target setting and prognosis studies for new ICE/HEV/EV concepts.
• Support product development through design optimization.
• Document simulation methodology, assumptions, results and conclusions and present findings to project stakeholders.
• Develop and improve CAE methodologies for durability assessment.
• Tolerance stack up reliability analysis for design sensitivity /optimization study.
