Job Summary

We are looking for a CAE Engineer with hands-on experience in LS-DYNA and HyperWorks/HyperMesh to perform component-level structural analysis, finite element modelling, meshing and simulation reporting. The candidate should have strong engineering fundamentals, analytical skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform component-level structural analysis and simulations using LS-DYNA.
• Prepare finite element models and perform pre-processing activities using HyperWorks/HyperMesh.
• Carry out 2D and 3D meshing using Shell, Hexa, Penta and Tetra elements.
• Review simulation results and prepare accurate technical reports using MS Office tools.
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of assigned engineering tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to address engineering requirements and achieve project objectives.
• Maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement in daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in CAE, FEA or structural simulation.
• Proficiency in HyperWorks/HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.
• Hands-on experience in component-level structural analysis.
• Good understanding of finite element analysis and engineering fundamentals.
• Practical knowledge of 2D and 3D meshing techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and deliver assignments within deadlines.

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline, as applicable to the client's requirements.
