CAE Engineer - Structural Mechanics

Key Success Factors

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering discipline related to computational mechanics with 3-8 years of experience.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with nonlinear mechanics of structures and solids under static and dynamic conditions.

• Experience performing implicit and explicit finite element simulations using commercial software such as Abaqus, Ansys, Nastran, or Dyna.

• Effective use of C++, Python, or VBScript programming language for simulation automation.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, and comfortable with discussing technical concepts with people of varying levels of knowledge and experience.

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently, as an individual or a team member, under deadlines and customer requirements.

• Fluency in English is a must.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience of injection moulding simulation and material calibration technologies

• Using 3DEXPERIENCE Platform for geometry creation and simulation model building.

• Experience building models using commercial CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, and NX.

• Development of any type of simulation automation.

• Goal-driven, diligent, detail-oriented, and organized.
