Job Description

• Develop tools and techniques to enhance speed, capability, and improve the quality and robustness of virtual models.
• Develop automation solutions for new and existing CAE processes to reduce turnaround time and improve quality.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support methods reviews and contribute improvement ideas.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in HyperMesh , HyperView, HyperGraph, ANSA, 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), and Teamcenter .
• Strong programming knowledge in TCL/TK, Python , and Excel VBA .
• Experience in CAE process automation and customization/implementation.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Good communication skills.

• Education: BE / ME
• Experience: 2-5 Years
