Job Title: CAE Simulation MBD
Job Description:
- Perform Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD) simulation for 3-wheeler and 4-wheeler combustion vehicle NPD.
- Develop MBD models for powertrain mounting, drivetrain and chassis systems.
- Analyse vehicle dynamics, ride comfort and vibration; identify gaps and implement countermeasures.
- Develop Virtual Proving Ground (VPG) models for durability load generation.
- Virtualise test rigs and correlate simulation results with physical tests.
- Conduct vehicle dynamics benchmarking and validate component, subsystem and full-vehicle models.
- Ensure performance targets meet TQT and QCD requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Mandatory Skills: MBD Simulation, CAE, Vehicle Dynamics, Ride Comfort, Powertrain Mounting, Drivetrain Dynamics, Chassis Systems, VPG, Test Correlation.
Preferred Tools: MSC ADAMS / ADAMS Car or equivalent MBD simulation tools.
