What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责汽车NVH（噪声、振动与声振粗糙度）仿真分析工作，运用CAE工具进行声学、振动及模态分析
- 完成汽车零部件及整车的NVH仿真模型建立、验证及优化
- 参与产品开发过程中的NVH仿真分析，提供设计改进建议
- 编写NVH仿真分析报告，整理并归档分析数据
任职要求：
- 机械、车辆工程或声学相关专业应届生，硕士及以上学历
- 熟悉汽车NVH仿真分析流程，掌握至少一种行业常用CAE软件
- 具备良好的声学、振动理论基础和数据分析能力
- 具有较强的团队协作精神和学习能力
