Location: Taylor’s Bagels, 4 Borough Parade, Chippenham

Shift Patterns Available:

Full-time: Wednesday–Sunday | 7:30am–3:30pm

Part-time: Saturday & Sunday | 7:30am–3:30pm

We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our Taylor’s Bagels team in Chippenham.

At Taylor’s, we care about great coffee, great food and creating a welcoming experience that customers genuinely enjoy. As part of the team, you’ll play a big part in making that happen — serving customers, making coffee, preparing bagels, helping with kitchen prep and keeping service running smoothly throughout the day.

This role would suit someone who is fast-paced, reliable, friendly and able to stay calm under pressure during busy services.

It’s a hands-on, customer-facing role with a mixture of:

• Customer service and till work
• Coffee making
• Preparing and serving bagels
• Kitchen prep
• Managing delivery orders
• Cleaning and maintaining high standards throughout the store
• Supporting the wider team during busy periods

We’re looking for people who can reliably commit to either the full-time Wednesday–Sunday pattern or the part-time Saturday–Sunday pattern and become a strong part of the Chippenham team.

Deliver fast, friendly customer service during busy periods

Prepare on service bagels

Maintain a clean working environment

Prep food and help in the running on the store

Take customer orders and handling payments accurately

Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service

Package customer and delivery orders accurately and efficiently

Hand over Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders correctly to drivers

Manage customer flow and keeping service running smoothly

Receive and put away deliveries when required

Keep the cafe clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout the day

Support the wider team during busy services and quieter prep periods

Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards at all times

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 35.0 per week
