Skills required

• Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including hazard analysis and critical control points) and food preparation
• To be able to work efficiently and tidily

• Qualifications Required
• Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (If you do not have this qualification, we are happy for it to be obtained once working within the role, the cost is £24, which can be deducted from the first month’s salary)

Main Job responsibilities

• Preparing food and drinks freshly to order, serving on the till and coffee machine and kiosk.
• To observe and work strictly to all hygiene and health and safety regulations, filling in any relevant paperwork required.
• Handling customer enquiries and passing any complaints on to the Supervisor/Manager
• Greeting and advising customers
• To clean to a high standard the kitchen area, counter and café area following strict guidelines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £5.50-£12.71 per hour
