Crookley Park Estate is entering an exciting new chapter. Set within beautiful countryside surroundings, we are working to create a destination that offers exceptional food, warm hospitality and memorable experiences for every guest who visits.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Café Assistants who are passionate about people, food and great service. This is more than a traditional café role – it’s an opportunity to be part of a team helping shape the future of Crookley Park.

Whether you’re serving customers, preparing drinks, supporting events or sharing ideas to improve the guest experience, you’ll play an important part in our journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming approach.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and food handling in line with company procedures and current food safety legislation.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
• Keeping the café clean, organised and fully stocked throughout the day.
• Supporting with opening and closing procedures.
• Working closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Helping to create a positive atmosphere for visitors, regular customers and guests.
• Contributing ideas and feedback as we continue to develop and improve our offering.

• Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic.
• Previous café, restaurant or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
