Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, tea, snacks, and light meals
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food preparation and serving processes
• Manage cash register operations with basic math skills to handle transactions efficiently
• Keep the cafe area clean, organized, and inviting for customers at all times
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Support team members during busy periods by managing serving duties and ensuring timely service

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
• Barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making equipment is highly desirable
• Proven ability to serve customers politely and professionally
• Experience in food preparation and handling a variety of menu items
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
• Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order processing
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters teamwork
