Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including coffee, tea, sandwiches, and snacks
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the cafe area
• Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills for accurate billing and change handling
• Ensure timely food preparation and service by managing time effectively during busy periods
• Restock supplies, ingredients, and utensils to keep the cafe well-equipped at all times
• Assist in cleaning duties such as clearing tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing workstations to uphold hygiene standards

Experience

• Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee-making techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude
